A Timeless Romance in Beige & Gold – Tissue Single Munia Yeola Paithani

Step into the world of Paithani, where silk meets poetry and every motif carries the quiet legacy of generations.

This exquisite Single Munia Yeola Tissue Paithani is a handwoven silk treasure from Yeola, Maharashtra, a town celebrated for its enduring Paithani tradition. Draped in a luminous beige-gold silk, it is beautifully complemented by warm burnished orange-gold borders and pallu, creating an elegant interplay of soft neutrals and rich metallic tones.

Delicate gold buttas are scattered across the serene beige body, adding a subtle shimmer to the silk. The pallu unfolds into a charming woven composition on a radiant golden-orange ground, featuring a beautifully detailed pair of swans resting among flowering branches, leaves, and lotus-inspired floral forms. Their colourful wings in shades of pink, purple, blue, red, and green bring a graceful burst of colour to the otherwise sophisticated palette.

SILK MARK CERTIFIED

Color - A luminous beige and gold palette, paired with warm orange-gold borders and pallu, accented with vibrant pink, purple, blue, green, and red motifs.

Technique - Traditional Paithani weaving, featuring the distinctive Single Munia tradition, intricate zari work, and colourful woven motifs that reflect the exceptional skill and precision of the weaver. The swans, floral elements, and gold buttas are woven into the silk to create richness and dimension.

Fabric - Luxurious handwoven silk, with a beautiful luminous sheen, graceful drape, and the subtle character and variations unique to an authentic Paithani.

Craft - A handwoven Yeola Paithani masterpiece, featuring delicate gold buttas across the beige body, elegant orange-gold borders, and an elaborate golden-orange pallu adorned with colourful swans, flowering branches, leaves, and floral motifs, finished with traditional ivory tassels.

Blouse - An unstitched blouse piece in the same fabric as the saree is included.

The Artful Finish - Ready to wear, with fall and pico neatly done. The pallu is completed with handmade silk tassels, adding a graceful final flourish.

Care - Store folded in a soft cotton or muslin cloth and recommended to refold every 3 months. Keep away from perfume, direct sunlight and moisture. Professional dry cleaning is recommended to preserve the richness of silk. You don’t buy a Paithani, you invest in a legacy.

A Note on Handmade Beauty

No two handcrafted sarees are ever exactly alike. Subtle variations in colour, texture, embroidery, and finish are part of their charm, the quiet signature of the hands that created them. Colors and textures may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and other viewing conditions.

Every motif tells a story. Every stitch carries the artisan’s touch. And when you drape it, that story becomes yours.
