A Celestial Majesty of Zari & Silk – Royal Blue & Gold Pure Kanjivaram Handloom Silk Saree

Regular price

$375.00 USD

Wedding Kanjivaram Handloom Silk Saree - Straight from Kanchipuram - Royal Blue & Gold

Step into the timeless world of Kanchipuram silk, where traditional weaving artistry meets luminous zari in richly regal splendor. This exquisite Designer Kanjivaram Handloom Silk Saree features a deep royal-blue silk body, densely woven all over with intricate floral and paisley zari brocade that catches the light in radiant, all-over shimmer.

The blue body is framed by expansive gold zari borders, richly textured with dense floral and vine brocade that brings a warm, radiant glow along each edge. The striking contrast between the deep royal-blue silk and the luminous antique-gold zari creates a sophisticated, opulent palette that feels both regal and luxurious.

The pallu carries forward the same rich grandeur, with horizontal bands of fine diamond lattice and dense floral brocade in warm gold, framed by the same lavishly woven borders. The measured, repeating geometry gives the pallu a striking visual rhythm, while the hand-finished navy tassels add a graceful, traditional finish to the saree's edge.

At the heart of this saree is its lavish all-over zari weave, the dense brocade of the body flowing seamlessly into the radiant gold borders, allowing texture and craftsmanship to take centre stage in a truly opulent composition.

SILK MARK CERTIFIED

Color - A deep royal-blue silk body with all-over floral and paisley zari brocade, paired with rich antique-gold woven borders. Adorned with a matching gold zari pallu in royal blue and gold.

Technique - Kanjivaram sarees are crafted by hand using pure mulberry silk and fine metal threads through a meticulous, multi-step traditional process.

Fabric - Luxurious Kanjivaram silk, with a graceful sheen and a beautiful drape that complements the richness of the zari work. Pure Kanjivaram silk sarees use a heavy, high-quality mulberry silk base.

Craft - Kanjivaram saree from Kanchipuram.

Blouse - An unstitched blouse piece in the same fabric as the saree is included.

The Artful Finish - Ready to wear, with fall and pico neatly done. The pallu is completed with handmade silk tassels, adding a graceful final flourish.

Care - Store folded in a soft cotton or muslin cloth and recommended to refold every 3 months. Keep away from perfume, direct sunlight and moisture. Professional dry cleaning is recommended to preserve the richness of silk. When silk becomes heirloom, it becomes Kanjivaram.

A Note on Handmade Beauty

No two handcrafted sarees are ever exactly alike. Subtle variations in colour, texture, embroidery, and finish are part of their charm, the quiet signature of the hands that created them. Colors and textures may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and other viewing conditions.

Every motif tells a story. Every stitch carries the artisan’s touch. And when you drape it, that story becomes yours.
